When your gutters are full of debris they cannot drain properly and they will overflow and start to ruin foundations and wash out mulch and soil potentially leading to water in the basement. We clean the gutters thoroughly removing debris and clogs to ensure proper drainage. Also we check to make sure the downspouts are clear and if not we will disassemble, clean and reassemble them. Another gutter cleaning service is underground jetting, which is removal of debris in corrugated pipe or cleaning underneath gutter guard with the use of a jetting system.

Do any of your screens have holes? Visibly Clean can repair them onsite or in our office. We offer fiberglass screen repair in either charcoal or grey color, if you have a pet that constantly rips your sliding glass door we also offer pet screen replacement. If you have a screened in porch that the screens are old and damaged we come out and replace screens onsite. Bent or missing screens, we can make frames along with fixing them. We offer spring, plunger pin, knife latch and corner replacements.

We repair vinyl windows on 3 season rooms. When years of sun fading and damage happen we can either replace 1 or multiple panels, giving you the original look and feel. Also we replace damaged hardware that needs attending.

When your house has mold and mildew growing on it, we use sodium hypochlorite, a chemical used to kill mold spores and disinfect the home and leave your house looking fresh and bright again. Along with pressure washing we offer stain removal of rust on the home and tiger striping on gutters. If you have a wood deck we also offer cleaning of organics with a special cleaner that leaves the wood looking revived and clean. Surface cleaning of concrete brings back bright color and removes organics. Brick pavers we can clean and re-sand with polymeric sand which will help lock in the bricks and prevent weed growth and insects from ruining joints.

We use pre-sprays, agitators, deodorizers and emulsifiers with our hot water extraction unit to leave your carpet clean and smelling great. Being as carpet is always stepped on and the catch all for anything dropped we will ensure that we will get it the cleanest and brightest it can be. We also offer stain removal for any unexpected accidents.

We use commercial grade LED lights that use pennies to the dollar to your electric bill and give a beautiful look. This is a hands free service where the lights will run off a timer and all you have to do is pull in your driveway and enjoy the beauty of the job. Removal and storage of lights is also offered so you don't have to worry about taking them down and putting them somewhere.

Residential and Commercial snow removal is our winter time service to help the ease of travel and minimize the slip and fall hazard. We do a contract either being per push or seasonal with snow as a constant threat in the winter time here in Michigan you can count on us to keep your driveway clear. We also offer laying down salt to melt ice.
